Are You Listening? is now on season 4! We’re so excited to be starting off with Health Watch Oxfordshire supporting the beginning of this podcast and this first episode is all about Mental Health.

Hosted by Darius (He/Him), Oxfordshire Youth’s Youth-Led Content Creator, Hamzah (He/Him), Syd (He/Him) and Esah (He/Him) explore mental health from the perspective of young men. This insightful conversation touches on topics such as stigma, cultural differences towards mental health, cancel culture, and how men across the generations can talk about mental health. They specifically hone in on how professionals can support them and other young people. This episode shows a side of young men that we don’t often get to see so we appreciate all of them for their honesty and vulnerability.
