In this episode, we introduce key case law and academic commentary in relation to the concept of "vicarious liability" in Welsh and English law of tort. Using important judgments and textbook commentary, we will consider common law requirements for establishing vicarious liability claims, as well as considering limits which apply to this type of tortious liability.
