
Oftentimes when we talk about mindfulness, the picture that most people get is meditating, yoga, breathwork, prayers yada yada yada, but is it 100% true that mindfulness can be achieved ONLY through these means ?
What if I said that watching TV, NETFLIX, listening to music, eating food if done rightly can also help achieve awareness ?
