Most of us have an inner critic - with familiar refrains of “you’ll never be good enough” or “you’re a failure”, these internal voices can be a nuisance at best and deeply painful at worst. I‘ve been asked how to get rid of one’s inner critic - and I don’t believe you can (or should). In fact, I think you should make friends with it.
