Carol Pito is based in Auckland, New Zealand and has created and consciously carved out a career as a strategic Executive Assistant. We use the term strategic a lot on this podcast and discuss how she moved away from being simply transactional to create a different path where she is actively working with the executive committee to define the goals of the business
