EP. 48 - What Are You Afraid Of?

As I have gotten older I have been trying my best to identify my fears and what it is I am truly afraid of. Am I actually afraid of the thing itself, or some deeper item allusive due to my lack of acknowledgement? Am I afraid of my pride being hurt? Am I afraid to challenge my values? Am I afraid to prioritize myself? Am I afraid of being wrong? Am I afraid to be honest about what I want instead of what others want? Am I afraid I might like it? Am I afraid of how others might perceive me? Am I afraid of embarrassment? Am I afraid of leaving comfort? Am I afraid it won't work out? Breaking my fears down in this manner has helped me not to be afraid at all. It's all so trivial to the ultimate goal of living this life.
