UU. ha llevado a cabo más de 20 ataques contra embarcaciones presuntamente dedicadas al narcotráfico en aguas internacionales, y ha hecho numerosas afirmaciones —sin aportar ninguna evidencia— sobre su impacto en el tráfico de drogas en la región.
