This week we try Dos Capas from Zambrero.

Zambrero is a Mexican restaurant with a focus on a charitable cause. They run a ‘Plate 4 Plate’ campaign where every burrito or bowl purchase “means a meal donated to someone in need”. Further information on Zambrero can be found on their website here: https://www.zambrero.com.au/

Dos Capas is a hard shell taco wrapped in a soft tortilla and filled with the meat, ingredients and sauce of the customer's choice.
