In other words, through the teachings of R Shimon Bar Yochai (The Author of the Zohar) and though Yisrael Baal Shem Tov (The founder of Chasidus). There will be a mix of lectures and meditations so that a person can connect in the way he finds most comfortable. In this class and in future classes we will be going through a Sefer called “Sharei Baal Shem Tov”.

It’s the teachings and fundamentals of the Baal Shem Tov and his path he was bringing to the Jewish nation.

In each class, we will govern a brief teaching of one of the gates and then practice a meditation to integrate that teaching in our lives.
