Living in a busy world, with busy schedules, and busy commitments is enough for our autonomic nervous system to go on overload. Right now, our world is built upon technology, speed, and so much more.

This isn’t to say that it's a bad thing to have all of this, however,it’s also to bring to our awareness that even though things can move quickly, we don’t have to fall into losing ourselves in the process.

Easier said than done right? Well, this is where this episode of the Awaken With Animals podcast comes into play!
