We are so excited to have Daniela Jentsch on with us today to talk about all things balance and sports!

Dani is a professional German curler. She started curling at the young age of 5 and became a skip for her current team in 2018. She is currently finishing her diploma in sport coaching and is the mom of 2 awesome boys! 

Today we chat with Dani about what it’s like being a professional female athlete, what her training is like and what it’s like being a female in a male dominated sport.
