Lauren's guest today is best known for his exploits on the GAA field - either with his very successful club Slaughtneil, or with the Derry Senior Footballers while he also enjoyed a stint as a professional athlete in Australia with AFL side the Sydney Swans. He speaks to Lauren about his continued desire to dedicate much of his time to amateur sport representing his club and county - and how the team environment is crucial in success.
