This week's guest might be better known as “Skinny Gaz”. After completing his Physiotherapy degree, Gary McGowan continued his formal education commencing a medical degree at the University College in Cork all the while continuing his online training business - Triage Method.
 
In this episode, we speak about the need to break down the labels we place on physical activity - because while much of the activity we do might not fall into a category on a smartwatch, it still very much counts. Gary also recounts and reflects on his recent serious hamstring injury.
