In this podcast I’ll share the methods and knowledge to • stop the fatigue and get more energy • get rid of the brain fog • overcome the dizziness • ease stress related pain like back pain and neck pain • relieve stress for your brain and nervous system I’m not a doctor, nor a psychologist or therapist. But I do know how it feels to be at the absolute bottom, and how to get out from there. The methods I use are based in neuroscience and nervous system regulation.
