Sabrina Sheikh is the senior program manager at the Institute for Educational Leadership. She is committed to building inclusive systems where all young people are seen, heard, and supported to lead and thrive as they transition into adulthood. From her own upbringing as an immigrant from Somalia, Sabrina understands and has taken action to takedown the many barriers facing immigrant populations in the United States. Her framing of leadership centers on recognizing and affirming one’s lived experiences.
