I notice Two things regarding what the psalmist desires: 1. You cannot see it NOW (except in promise) 2. You cannot see it HERE (except in shadow) So the TIMING is: Not now, not yet. and the LOCATION is Not here. The object of his ambitions are other worldly and slightly delayed.
