The Berean Call was formed under the direction of Dave Hunt for the purpose of encouraging spiritual discernment among those who regarded themselves not just as "evangelicals" but as biblical Christians. The primary vehicle for this endeavor was through the publication of the newsletter The Berean Call. Behind every article is the exhortation to believers to get back into the Word of God instead of being “carried about by every wind of doctrine,” and to equip them with materials to help them walk in the truth.

Preserving a Heritage

As we approach the year-end of 2025, we would like to thank the Lord for His blessings and for all of you who have been patient during this time of transition at The Berean Call. Dave Hunt and T. A. McMahon formed TBC in 1992, and it has been nearly 40 years since Dave wrote his first newsletter in February of 1986.

Our plan is to continue ministering in the way we always have. We have a wealth of resources by Dave Hunt and T. A. McMahon, which we’ll continue sending through the mail and posting for free online. So far we’ve posted more than 1,000 videos on YouTube. See www.thebereancall.org/social to find our online offerings. We appreciate your prayers as we seek to develop new material to edify believers and the church.
