Dope Bottle is a non-profit who works with NFL athletes like Kenny Stills to raise awareness on the importance of getting off single-use plastic water bottles. We talk about their a buy-one give-one model which is similar to Tom’s Shoes, and how they got plugged into the professional athlete circle. We also dive deep into the importance of the broader sustainability movement being easier and “better” for people to adopt, and the necessity to not be puritanical in our messaging. They’re trying to make sustainability cool just like us. We also touch on some collaboration between Better Earth and Dope Bottle in the near future.
