In this episode I have the pleasure speaking with Scott Lochhead, Senior Associate in the construction and infrastructure team at Bell Gully, New Zealand’s leading law firm (www.bellgully.com). Before returning to New Zealand at the end of last year, Scott spent almost eight years working for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where he advised on major projects in the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

During his time with Freshfields, Scott participated in client secondments in Korea and Japan, so has some unique insights to offer between his experience of working as a ‘private practice’ lawyer, and being seconded to ‘in-house’ legal teams.
