For this episode, I’m meeting up with Fritz - one of the most inspiring ultra runners I know, and also someone I’ve had the privilege to coach.
Last year, Fritz ran the entire length of Africa. A journey that tested his body, mind, and sense of trust in ways few people will ever experience.
Because I was close to his preparation and followed the journey up close, this conversation hits differently. We talked about what it means to trust others, to let go of control, and to find connection through movement.
We also dove into his recent DNF, the decision to stop mid-run across Germany, and how to process that moment without losing your sense of purpose.
This episode is about more than running — it’s about trust, failure, community, and learning to find joy beyond performance.
Thanks for tuning in,
Andi
