In 2022, he founded Battle of the Badges—a shooting competition uniting officers through marksmanship, accountability, and connection. What began locally is now expanding nationwide. From his roots as a competitive shooter to reshaping police training, Preston brings insight, discipline, and a challenge to tradition. This conversation explores legacy, culture, and the message: in this profession, you don’t just wear the badge—you earn it.
