We've got yet another special guest on tap! BYU's Aidan Troutner just became the first-ever runner to go under four minutes in the indoor mile on Utah soil. With a 3:59 mark earning a 3:54 conversion, Troutner (currently) sits atop the NCAA mile leaderboard.
We were lucky enough to chat with Troutner regarding his historic performance, what he could potentially do over 3000 meters, possible plans for the national meet and inside stories on training with top BYU teammates.
