Do you know a farmer? If you said no, well, here's your chance...get to know Danny Dunlap from Bluebird Sky Farm in Boulder County, Colorado while he and I hike in the Heil Valley Ranch Open Space. Years ago most people knew where they got their food from. Nowadays that doesn't seem to be the case. Maybe that is because less than 2% of the US population are farmers. I really wanted to learn more about regenerative farming, our food culture and what we all can do to make small differences in our own lives when it comes to food choices.
