L’Impératrice is an music group from French with six member. The Parisian band is known as a pioneer of the Modern French Touch movement, blending elements of disco, funk, and electronic pop into a captivating sound combination. With three critically acclaimed albums and performances at prestigious festivals and venues worldwide, L’Impératrice continues to push creative boundaries while maintaining their distinctive style that has charmed fans globally. Since the release of their second album Tako Tsubo (2021), L’Impératrice has emerged as one of the most brilliant international bands from France.
L’Impératrice, announces their highly anticipated debut Asia tour. The tour will encompass seven major cities, stretching from Tokyo to Shanghai in November and December. This tour announcement coincides with the release of their new single, “Chrysalis,” on October 10, which also marks their first recording featuring their new vocalist, Louve.
The single "Chrysalis" marks a significant moment for L’Impératrice as it is the first track recorded with Louve, the new vocalist who joined. The song has a warm and sensual vibe, showcasing L’Impératrice’s return to their musical roots full of groove and dance energy, while illustrating both continuity and change. With Louve's smooth voice, the song signals an exciting new chapter in the band's musical journey.
