The Bitches are sipping some Hot Cider supplied to them by the Hubs and enjoying the height of Spooky Season. Our witchy ladies are powered up, so be afraid, be very afraid. Daniel is still wandering about DC like he’s in a reflective montage at the end of a Nancy Meyers movie. And just like Diane Keaton he finds himself in a Korean spa- thankfully with no jack Nicholson. Max is not so relaxed, but then again, when is he? It’s probably something to do with being a non-drinker made to sit in one of DC’s many terrible bars. What's a gal got to do to get some service here? Certainly not the bar tender. Then the Besties discuss the culture moment they never saw coming and likely nor did you, Lily Allen’s new album West End Girl. We eagerly sip on the piping hot tea and discuss what this means for pop music as female artists stop pulling the punches. Cheers!

Episode 127: Kindness is the New Punk and Karma is a Cat!
The Bitches are giddy with joy as they find themselves in the middle of a culture war, there are heroes on both sides… only joking, we’re the good guys, nuff sed! But seriously, when is too soon to start mocking the fallen? Daniel comes to the reincarnation of Princess Margaret, at least that would explain his luck with men. Does this angel have to meet every devil in DC? Max plays it safe and spends the week in the cinema, enjoying the company of redeemed robots, dancing accountants and aliens protecting the American dream. Hey buddy, eyes up here, on the silver screen. Then the Besties discuss the new reiteration of Superman that has hit theaters and explore why people are only just realizing that a character almost a century old has the values that we should be aspiring to. As the planet enters its Supervillain era will their henchmen finally realize they have the power to send them packing?
question whether or not 2025 craziness was written in the stars and, as we hit the halfway point of the year, are we able to start getting things back to close to normal… ish? Cheers!
