Her work centers healing the intergenerational trauma of slavery by reconnecting and rebuilding their sacred connection to land and Black folk medicine. She works with the Goddess Commune which works to improve the health outcomes of Black women by restoring the emotional and spiritual balance of Black women’s lives.
