The purpose of the Blue Energy Podcast is to bring several conversations around optimism in various lanes of business, thought leadership, service excellence, transformation and in general any topic that adds value to our community. One very important aspect of all contributors of BLUE ENERGY PODCAST is that they all have a purpose in life; as a result of this, every day they do whatever it takes to put others' interests ahead of them and serve.
In this conversation, I am delighted to meet and speak with Steve Hall, a BA Degree Graduate from the University of Cape Town in Psychology, Economics, Politics and Philosophy. In 1993 he travelled the world for a year and whilst in Utah qualified as a licensed facilitator of the work of Dr Stephen Covey’s The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Upon his return to South Africa, he facilitated the Wooltru Leadership Program and contributed to the evolution of that Program into the current Learning To Lead Program. He is a Director of Learning To Lead.
Steve is passionate about teaching others about life's essential skills and the power of staying positive. He is also an expert in teaching, facilitating and speaking on a wide range of programs on Human Skills, Leadership and Management, his first love is our Energy Journey. He understands it, lives it and is an excellent guide for both individuals and teams who want to master their energy on a sustainable basis.
In this conversation, Steve and I shared the key elements that drive human energy, and how they can impact our performance and organisation. Steve shares workplace and human performance good practices from his over 3 decades of leading and managing teams.
