Mike Crawford is a retired Glendale, Arizona Police Officer who is running for Maricopa County Sheriff. Mike has been a volunteer firefights, he is a United States Air Force veteran, who, while on active duty as an aircraft mechanic, was struck by lightning. After being medically retired he went into law enforcement in his home state of New Mexico. After serving in multiple rolls, some which brought him to Glendale, Arizona, he applied for the police department and was selected. Mike laid out his plan and vision for the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office and why he believes he is the right person for the job. He explained his plan on how to support the current staff and empower them. As usual, many topics were covered from cannabis and dui enforcement, to modern policing and morale.
