There can be a lot of pressure to eat more, eat less, look a certain way, see family for the first time after a long summer break, pose for pictures, partake in conversations that might make you uncomfortable, feel pressured to be someone you’re not or participate in behaviours that make you uncomfortable, etc. We dive into all these topics and give you our own tips & tricks and experiences that you can take with you into the upcoming holiday.
