ABOUT ELLINA:
Ellina uses different modalities to dive deep into all your different bodies (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual) to create harmony between them. Some modalities are breathwork, nutrition, movement, parts work, reiki, and tarot. She is a certified yoga instructor and taught for 8 years in Los Angeles before dedicating all her time to shadow work, spiritual, and physical healing. Prior to teaching yoga, Ellina received a B.A. in Psychology at Boston University. She now lives in Maui, HI with her husband and son with the intention of getting reconnected with Mother Earth to heal in deep mystical ways.
