In this episode we will discuss one of the most beautiful and homely imaged actresses of Bollywood from 1960s, 1970s and 1980s, late Vidya Sinha. At the age of 18, she participated in a beauty contest where she was crowned Miss Bombay. After that she began modelling for several popular brands and was discovered by filmmaker Basu Chatterjee. Her first movie was Raja Kaka in 1974. Vidya Sinha acted in 30 movies over a period of 10 years. She worked with talented actors of Hindi cinema such as Rajesh Khanna, Sanjeev Kumar, Rajinder Kumar, Vinod Khanna and many others. She was married twice and was loved by millions but she passed away unhappy. In this episode, we’ll discuss her career through her films and briefly her personal life.
