Ep. 6: What does a Bordeaux have in common with a book celebrating the sex lives of African women?

In this episode, your host Wendy sits down with Lorna to reminisce and give their take on a book that has taken the world by storm; The Sex Lives of African Women a book by Nana Darkoa Seykiamah, is a collection of essays celebrating the liberation, individuality, and joy of African women's multifaceted sexuality
Thanks to her blog, Adventures from the Bedrooms of African Women, Nana Darkoa Sekyiamah has spent decades talking openly and intimately to African women around the world about sex. For this book, she spoke to over thirty African women across the globe while chronicling her own journey toward sexual freedom.

Listen in, read the book and share your take with us on Instagram or via email

For this conversation, the ladies pair the book with Francois Janoueix La Veronique Bordeaux 2018 which features herbaceous and dark fruit notes.

This conversation was recorded at Soma Nami Books
