Mr. Deeds — Adam Sandler going from small-town guy to billionaire overnight — and how that movie holds up next to Big Daddy and The Sopranos. From there, we went deep into nostalgia: Blockbuster memories, scratched-up PS2 games, bootleg DVDs from the bowling alley, and renting Jackass: The Game.

Then it turned into pure storytelling — selling broken cars, bad mechanics, and the debate over whether laziness costs you more than effort. We talked about section 8 housing, audio boards, sound effects, and the new setup for the show.

After that, we got into city life: tweakers asking for cigarettes, homeless encounters, wild porta-potty stories, working construction, graffiti inside porta-potties, and running into people who clearly aren’t real — NPCs, simulation talk, proximity chat in NYC.

We closed out with old-school parenting vs soft parenting, “deaf kid at play” signs, leash kids, 9/11 conspiracies, Desert Storm, Saudi money, live golf, inside jobs, and why pigeons aren’t real. We ended the episode on baseball, bad teams, the Mets, Yankees, and why everyone’s just ready for the season to be over.
