In case you were living under a rock, Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship had its biggest event in company history this past Saturday, April 29th right here in Denver, Colorado. BKFC 41 was also the very first Pay Per View event and it did not disappoint! The card was stacked with stars like Mike Perry, Luke Rockhold, Eddie Alvarez, Chad Mendes, Ben Rothwell, and our very own host of Involuntary Yoga, Chris Camozzi.
In this week's podcast, the guys give you a different look and perspective of the fight game. Fit Soda CEO, Chris Miller, made his cornering debut with Camozzi and the guys sit down today to talk about fight night from a cornerman’s perspective. They talk about nerves for coaches, what goes on behind the scenes, the atmosphere of the locker room before and after fights, and all the in-between the fans don’t get to see.
The guys thought it would be fun to break it all down for the IY listeners and describe it so it feels like you’re there too! It was a lot of fun to sit and listen to them break everything down and share honest and vulnerable thoughts and feelings about the fight game and let us know what each of them was thinking and feeling at different moments of fight night.
