Dimple Dhabalia, a leadership and mindful performance coach and founder of Roots in the Clouds, has been asking and answering this question for twenty years. Her work at the crossroads of the government and humanitarian sectors, and her focus on asylum and refugee-related policies and operations and organizations well-being, have developed a unique perspective and skillset that twenty-five-year-old humanitarian Alyssa Noelle Coelho was eager to discover during this conversation.
As Alyssa sets out to change the world as a writer, entrepreneur, and founder of The Lionheart Creations Foundation, she found herself in the presence of a mentor who shared her wisdom around learning to orchestrate change within oneself as well as out there in the world, to be open to exploring unknowns and to stay socially connected as a leader.
