In this episode I talk to Sharif Joynson. Facilitator, women's empowerment coach, once a self described "unhealed man" and co- founder with his partner Beth, of "Led by Love".
We explore what the term "the unhealed man" means. What it is to create conscious partnership by leading with "big Love". How as women, we can learn to show up in new ways and how as men, there is a choice to also open more.
Sharif coined the term ‘unhealed man’ in his work helping women navigate relationships with the kind of man who is emotionally unavailable, fearful of commitment, attracts with intensity and then pulls away. His deep understanding of these dynamics comes from once being such a man himself before journeying to the darkest parts of his past and giving love to the scars that lay there.
