Darcy and Leanne McAlister join us this month.  They are Broadway Church Global Workers serving in Southeast Asia.  They are going to talk to us on the unique challenges of leading cross culturally.  When you come from a culture and then are transported to another culture and have to lead, there are some unique challenges that take place.  The truths they will share with us can help us, not only when we go to a different culture but also when we meet people from a different culture here at home.
