Your staff culture.  You either define it, or you wake up to it.  It is the "unwritten rules" that, if you think about it, would be great to know when you start in an organization.  That's why defining it is important.  Over the next 3 episodes, Pastor Simon Gau is going to lead us through defining a staff culture, giving us some tips on how to discover our own staff culture, and go through the 10 priorities in the Broadway Church staff culture.
