Her move has been quite an adjustment. She had to develop a love of overalls & mediocre burritos. This week we talk handling frustration in life and at work, I coin a new phrase thanks to Don’t Tell Mom the Babysitters Dead, we discuss nervous laughter, handling stagnation, and unlearning the toxic masculinity and fat-phobic mindsets she says California bred. Also we get into what makes a good California burrito - you know - the important stuff. We also talk about how we were going to do a podcast called Big Thick Energy last year about fitness and- we commit to homework as homage to our former podcast that never was.
