Burnt Out Perfectionist
Sara and Eve
132 episodes

Burnt Out Perfectionist is a conversation-style podcast about everyday life, burnout, ADHD, mental health, and the pressure to have it all figured out — hosted by two sisters from different generations.

Sara (millennial) and Eve (gen z) have a large age gap, very different life stages, and surprisingly similar struggles. Each episode feels like sitting in on a real, unfiltered sister conversation — honest, funny, validating, and sometimes a little warped. We’re not experts, therapists, or life coaches. We’re just two sisters talking about real life as it’s happening.

We talk about ADHD and executive dysfunction, burnout and overwhelm, parenting chaos, emotional regulation, healthcare frustrations, perfectionism, pop culture, and the generational differences that show up when you’re raised years apart — without pretending there’s a perfect fix or a five-step solution.

Some episodes are reflective. Some are chaotic. Some are just us laughing through the mess. All of them are rooted in lived experience, not advice culture.

This podcast is for exhausted millennials, neurodivergent adults, gen z listeners navigating adulthood, parents trying to do their best, and anyone who wants honest conversations instead of productivity pressure.

What you’ll find here:

  • real conversations, not lectures
  • lived experiences, not expert takes
  • humor alongside hard topics
  • permission to be imperfect
  • zero pretending we have it all together

If you’ve ever felt behind, overwhelmed, burnt out, or unsure if you’re doing life “right” — you’re not alone. You don’t need to fix yourself to be here.

New episodes every Monday at 6 AM PST. Stay as warped and twisted as ever.
