Alyece Smith is a mompreneur of three from Kiln, Mississippi who turned real-life chaos into real change. She built two powerful brands from lived experience, raising a child on the autism spectrum, living with ADHD herself, and figuring out business and motherhood at the same time. Her work is grounded in truth, strategy, and support for people who feel like the world was not built for their brain. She is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, a Certified Customer Service Xperience Officer, a Master Coach, and a certified Social Media and Branding Strategist. She has more than seven years in digital marketing and is known for helping people make their brand feel real and relatable through story-driven strategy.
Alyece is the CEO of Socially Ausome™, where she coaches neurodivergent entrepreneurs on building ADHD-friendly systems that stop the constant grind for sales and help them create steady momentum without burnout. She is the founder and president of Caiden’s Corner, The Ausome Families Foundation. Her nonprofit focuses on helping families in Mississippi who are raising autistic children by providing community support, resources, and advocacy where it is often missing.
Alyece is a TEDx speaker who challenges old ideas about ADHD and teaches a flow-first approach to business and life. Her talk shares lived experience, strategy, and a raw look at what it takes to succeed with an atypical brain. She is the author of What Now, Mama? and the upcoming Flow-First Thinking. Both books blend truth with tools that support neurodivergent moms and entrepreneurs through their hardest seasons.
Her message stays simple. Neurodivergent minds are not struggling through business. They are shaping the future of it.
