Tod Wadsworth is the Executive Vice President of Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction Company (RLW), a Draper, Utah–based heavy civil contractor known for bridges, highways, and large transportation projects across the Intermountain West. As part of the Wadsworth family’s second-generation leadership, he helps guide RLW’s strategic direction, oversees complex infrastructure projects, and ensures quality, budget, and schedule performance.
