Viva Lenoir is the Business Development Manager of Editions Jean Lenoir, creators of Le Nez du Cafe (and Le Nez du Vin, and du Whisky!). In her previous career, Viva was a comedian and journalist. In this interview we discuss the origins of the Le Nez kits and their applications in the specialty coffee industry.
