As we hit the small milestone of 10 episodes, Tanya and Tamzin are delighted to share this conversation with you. Episode No 10 saw T&T inviting a special guest onto the episode (no Marley wasn't back!!!), Beki Tonks from The Sand Project. 

Beki visited the podcast to discuss the work training programmes this community enterprise project provides for young people with learning disabilities. We talk about neurodiversity, which may be seen as a barrier for some, but as a superhero strength for Beki's students and business owners lucky enough to work alongside, and with, The Sand Project and their trainees.

As always, this latest episode is filled with honest conversations, laughter, advice, and support - as well as a special guest. A great episode that T&T, are delighted to share with the world.
