Scott has worked in the General Insurance industry for over 15 years. Prior to joining Gallagher Bassett in October 2015, Scott developed comprehensive hands on claims experience across a wide range of industries and claims portfolios. Scott has previously held leadership roles for Marsh Pty Ltd and Insurance Australia Group (IAG) managing large and diverse teams across multiple portfolios. Scott excels in meeting and exceeding the service and performance expectations of his clients. As the National Operations Manager – General Insurance, managing a large and diverse team across multiple locations, Scott re-aligned the service standards, processes and streamlined procedures for the Gallagher Bassett business. Scott already has developed an intimate knowledge of the Gallagher Bassett accounts and has forged excellent working relationships with all stakeholders.
