Todays episode was a little different didnāt really have a topic but I did allow myself to be a bit more vulnerable with you all today. Sometimes life can get overwhelming and talking to myself or to yāall about how i feel helps me ground myself and allows me to remember that iām a spiritual being going through human emotions and thatās okay.
