I’m a husband, dad of five, youth pastor, and tradesman who finally got tired of feeling like a worn-out power tool. Between work, kids, and church life, I was running on caffeine and prayers.

Then I found the carnivore lifestyle - and let’s just say meat fixed more than my hunger. My energy came back, my focus sharpened, and I started feeling like the man my family needs me to be.

Now I’m on a mission to help other guys do the same - ditch the junk, eat real food, and take back their health so they can show up strong, love their families well, and serve the people around them with purpose.
