52-year-old Thomas Pruett has struggled with weight and health issues since middle school, at one point reaching 379 lbs, and developing Type 2 diabetes by age 30.
Over time he’s lost 125 lbs, but faced severe diabetic complications, including multiple heel surgeries, and toe amputations on both feet due to diabetic ulcers.
Thomas's journey involved job losses, financial struggles, and his mother's passing from cancer.
He found healing and support through online Carnivore diet groups, inspired by leaders like Dr. Ken Berry, Bella Steak and Butter Gal, Kerry Mann, and Mitch.
Since starting Carnivore, his A1c improved from 13 to 6.2, and he's now walking without needing a cane, knee scooter, walker, or wheelchair.
Thomas has a welcoming, supportive and informative YouTube channel, Target Prime Rib, where he does solo broadcasts or with-guest interviews covering topics of timely Carnivore interest. His Instagram, Facebook and TikTok pages are also Carnivore-relevant.
