So much tension, separation and division is playing out on the fields of social media, government, life, work...... The world is always challenging us and far too often we invest ourselves into trying to understand and resolve the challenges. Today, we are diving deep into the NOT PROBLEM which is the true YOU.
When we can empty out all of our thoughts, feelings, emotions, beliefs, habits, actions... Personality, identity... Everything that the mind entertains itself with, we are left with an essence, a beingness..... This is the true you..... Now lets build a relationship with ourself...
