for Wellbeing discusses grief and bereavement during the COVID-19 pandemic with
Aisling Prendergast, psychologist and emotional support groups lead at The LightHouse
Arabia.

The conversation addresses what the process of grief and bereavement entails. The
different tasks of this process are explained, along with practical ways to move through -
specifically given the present challenges of travelling, and social restrictions. Aisling
then shares about the support group services offered at The LightHouse Arabia through
our Raymee Grief Center – in the form of free-of-cost individual grief sessions and grief
support groups offered.
